Installation

Introduction

The OT-BX88VII is a power supply cover (PS-Cover) to be attached under the TM-T88VII printer to hold the power unit. This manual describes the procedures and precautions for installing and using the OT-BX88VII. Before using the product, read this manual carefully so that you will use the product properly. Keep this manual available for reference. All the illustrations are at the beginning of this manual.

Safety Precautions

WARNING: Use this product only for the TM-T88VII. Do not use for other products or other purposes. Doing so may cause equipment damage and burning. Use only the PS-190 as the power unit with this product. Be sure to read the “Usage Precautions for the PS-190 Power Unit” for usage of the PS-190 to use it safely. Do not allow foreign matter to fall into the equipment. Penetration by foreign objects may lead to fire. If water or other liquid spills into this equipment, unplug the AC cable immediately, and then contact your dealer or a Seiko Epson service center for advice. Continued usage may lead to fire.

CAUTION: Do not connect cables in ways other than those mentioned in this manual. Different connections may cause equipment damage and burning.
