SAVE THESE INSTRUCTIONS

Your safety and the safety of others are very important.

This is the safety alert symbol.
This symbol alerts you to hazards that can kill or hurt you and others.
All safety messages will be preceded by the safety alert symbol and the word “DANGER” or “WARNING.” These words mean:
You will be killed or seriously injured if you don’t follow instructions.
You can be killed or seriously injured if you don’t follow instructions.
All safety messages will identify the hazard, tell you how to reduce the chance of injury, and tell you what can happen if the instructions are not followed.

TO ASSEMBLE:

Insert the round end of the metal shaft into the reamer so pins fit into the slot. Insert the square end of the shaft through the shaft housing portion of the shield. Place strainer, narrow end first, into slots in the shield.

TO ATTACH:

Before attaching the accessory, turn off and unplug the unit.
Loosen attachment knob (A) by turning it counterclockwise. Remove attachment hub cover. Insert attachment shaft housing (B) into attachment hub (C) making certain that the attachment power shaft fits into the square hub socket. Rotate attachment back and forth if necessary. When an attachment is in the proper position, the pin on the attachment will fit into the notch on the hub rim. Tighten the attachment knob until the attachment is completely secured to the mixer.

TO USE:

Citrus Juicer is designed to juice lemons, limes oranges, and grapefruit. Place glass or pitcher under Citrus Juicer to catch the juice. Turn to Speed 6. Holding fruit firmly cupped in hand, bring fruit in contact with a spinning reamer. Move fruit in all directions, exerting inward and downward pressure to extract the juice. Clean strainer as often as necessary.

TO CLEAN:

Wash in warm sudsy water. If you wish you may place all plastic components on the top rack of your dishwasher. However, we recommend that you wash the aluminum shaft in
warm sudsy water.
