  • Read these instructions carefully and retain for future reference.
  • Remove all packaging and any labels.
  • If the cord is damaged it must, for safety reasons, be replaced by KENWOOD or an authorized KENWOOD repairer.
  • Make sure the appliance voltage corresponds to one of your electrical mains.
  • Do not leave the appliance unattended when connected to the electrical mains. Unplug it after each use.
  • Never place the appliance on or near to sources of heat.
  • During use, place the appliance on a horizontal, stable, and well-lit surface.
  • Do not expose the appliance to atmospheric agents (rain, sun, etc.).
  • Make sure the power cord does not come in contact with hot surfaces.
  • This appliance can be used by persons with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities or lack of experience and knowledge if they have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance in a safe way and understand the hazards involved.
  • This appliance cannot be used by children. Keep the appliance and related cord out of reach of children.
  • Children shall not play with the appliance.
  • Never place the appliance body, plug or power cord in water or other liquids; always wipe clean with a damp cloth.
  • Even when not in use, unplug the appliance before fitting or removing the single parts or before cleaning.
  • Make sure hands are dry before using/setting the switches on the appliance or touching the plug and the supply connections.
  • Never touch the moving parts.
  • Never insert hands into the goblet whilst the appliance is plugged in.
  • Blades are very sharp, and handle with care during their cleaning.
  • Never use the appliance empty.
  • Do not use the appliance in case of a damaged blade.
  • Do not use the appliance to mince overly hard food (such as meat with bone).
  • Prepare the blender goblet with the food to process and put it on the motor body before plugging the appliance in.
  • The product was designed to work only when the blender goblet is properly assembled. In case it does not occur, contact an authorized service center.
  • Before removing the lid, wait for the blade to stop completely.
  • To prevent injury and damage to the appliance, always keep hands and kitchenware out of blades and moving parts.
  • To unplug the appliance, take the plug directly and remove it from wall outlet. Never pull the power cord to unplug the appliance.
  • Never use the appliance if the power cord or plug are damaged or if the appliance itself is faulty; in this case, contact the nearest Authorised Service Centre.
  • Should the power cord be damaged, have it be repaired by the Manufacturer or related service centre, otherwise by a similarly skilled person, to prevent any risk.
  • The appliance is intended for DOMESTIC USE ONLY, do not use it for commercial or industrial purposes.
  • This appliance complies with Directives 2014/35/EU and EMC 2014/30/EU and to Regulation (EC) No. 1935/2004 of n27/10/2004 on materials in contact with food.
  • Any changes to this product not expressly authorized by the manufacturer may make void the safety and warranty of the operator’s use.
  • If you decide to dispose of the appliance, it is recommended that you make it inoperable by cutting off the main cord. Those parts of the appliance that could be dangerous should be rendered armless, especially for children who might use the appliance as a toy.

Prepare the container with the food to mix and put it on the motor body before plugging the appliance in.

  • Insert the gasket on the blade set (E); by holding it with the handle, put the blade set (E) on the bottom of the container base. Fix the blade set (E) by rotating it counter-clockwise to lock it (Fig. 2).
  • Position the goblet (C) on motor body (G) properly and rotate it clockwise to lock it (Fig. 3).
  • Cut food into small pieces and place them into the container in an amount that doesn’t exceed the maximum level.
  • Add the liquid. Close the goblet (C) with the lid (B) (Fig. 4).
    note: The correct ratio is 2 parts of food and 3 parts of liquid for a max time of 30 seconds.
  • Close the upper hole of the lid (B) by inserting the apposite filler cap
    (A) by rotating it clockwise (Fig. 5).
  • Plug power cord into a socket.
  • Start the appliance by turning the on dial (F) clockwise as far as the first (low speed) or the second (high speed) notch to start the blades.
    By rotating the dial (F) counter-clockwise, the PULSE function is enabled
  • To stop the operation, turn the operating dial (F) to «0».
    warning:
    If the appliance should fail to start, make sure that the goblet is correctly fitted. The appliance is fitted with devices to prevent it from operating if the goblet is not fitted or if it has been fitted incorrectly.
    Do not exceed the max. operating time of 30 seconds.
  • Never remove the lid (B) whilst using.
    warning:
    Before mixing warm liquids, always remove the filler cap (A) from the blender lid.
    Do not exceed the max operating time of 30 seconds. The best use is with short pulses for few seconds.
  • During use, it is possible to add foods into the container, by lifting out the filler cap (A) after having switched off the appliance.

use of multi mill

Multi mill blade

  • Insert the ingredients into the container (O).
    note: Fill the container (O) with fresh ingredients, max 50 g.
  • Place the gasket (N) into the multimillion blade (M). Close by rotating the multimillion blade (M) on the container (O) anti-clockwise (Fig. 6).
  • Position the assembled grinder, tightly closed, onto the motor unit (G) and rotate it clockwise until it locks (Fig. 7).
  • Plug the appliance in and, through the operating dial (F), select the pulse functioning on the “ ” position for 2- 3 times for a first grinding. Choose then “1” or “2” as operating speed.
  • To remove the blade from the container, rotate it clockwise and extract it.

  • Insert the ingredients into the grinder container (H).
    note: The max amount to insert into the container (H) is 100 g of coffee and spices for a max time of 30 seconds.
    warning: Use dried ingredients only.
  • Place the gasket (I) into the coffee grinder blade (L). Close by rotating the coffee grinder blade (L) on the container (H) anti-clockwise (Fig. 6).
  • Position the assembled grinder, tightly closed, onto the motor unit (G) and rotate it clockwise until it locks (Fig. 7).
  • Plug the appliance in and, through the operating dial (F), select the pulse functioning on the “ ” position for n2- 3 times for a first grinding. Choose then “1” or “2” as operating speed.
  • To remove the blade from the container, rotate it clockwise and extract it.

  • Do not disassemble the appliance or try to intervene in any way inside it. Keep the appliance properly clean and tidy to ensure optimal quality of prepared food and longer life of the machine itself.
  • The goblet (C), the lid (B), the filler cap (A), and the blade set (E) may be put in the upper part of the dishwasher.
  • Use a slightly damp cloth for cleaning the motor base. Do not use potentially abrasive products.
  • Clean blade thoroughly.
    warning: The cutting edges of the blade are extremely sharp.
