Homemade Potato Chips

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 potato 5.20z 7oz Recommend russet potato for best results

DIRECTIONS

  1. Clean the uncooked potato, remove the peel and cut it into see-through thin slices of 0.04 inches thick. Soak the slices into the water for 5-10 minutes to remove starch grains on the surfaces.
  2. Use paper towels to pat dry potato slices. In a bowl, gently mix potato slices with oil then spread evenly on the cooking basket in a single layer without overlapping.
  3. Place the cooking basket on the rack in the second position in the oven. Start the Airfry mode A1 menu at 330°F and cook for 15 minutes. Take the cooking basket out and let it cool to room temperature.

INGREDIENTS

  1. Clean the potato, remove the peel and cut it into 1 /4-inch sticks. Soak the chips into the water for 5-10 minutes to remove starch grains on the surfaces.
  2. Use paper towels to pat dry potato sticks. In a bowl, gently mix potato sticks with oil then spread evenly on the cooking basket in a single layer without overlapping.
  3. Place the cooking basket on the rack in the second position in the oven. Start the Airfry mode A 1 menu at 380°F and cook for 21 minutes and 30 seconds. Take the cooking basket out and let it cool to room temperature.

DIRECTIONS

  1. Butter the toast slices and top with cheese slices. Then put them on the cooking basket cheese side up.
  2. Place the cooking basket on the rack in the second position in the oven. Start the Airfry mode A 1 menu at 360°F and cook for 5 minutes and 30 seconds until the bread slices turn caramel color. Press two slices of bread together with cheese meeting in the middle. Then, cut diagonally and serve.

Chicken Wings

INGREDIENTS

  • 12 Chicken wings 15oz
  • teriyaki sauce 0.7oz
  • white sesame seeds 0.1 oz
  • water 8ml
  • corn starch 0.1 oz

DIRECTIONS

  1. Mix the chicken wings in teriyaki sauce, water, and corn starch, and then place them in the fridge for 4 hours
  2. Put the chicken wings into the cooking basket. Place the cooking basket on the tray in the second position inside the oven. Start the Airfry mode A 1 menu at 360°F, cook for 17  minutes, and take out. Top with white sesame seeds and serve.

Filling:

DIRECTIONS

  1. Prepare for the filling: slice up bacon and chicken sausage and mix them with other fillings.
  2. Put the stuff into the pizza dough (press the edge with a fork to prevent splitting), spray water on the surface of the calzone, and put them into the cooking basket.

  2. Place a slice of cheese on the beef patty. Place the beef patty in between the bun, add a slice of cheese and cook for additional 1 minute.
  3.  Apply the condiment, and salad dressing on the top bun and place lettuce on top of the cheese.

INGREDIENTS

  • ground meat, beef 10.5oz
  • minced garlic 0.5oz

DIRECTIONS

  1. Add salt and egg whites to the ground meat until the surface is slightly refective. Then add in minced garlic and breadcrumbs.
  2. Make meatballs(about 0.04 lbs each) with a spoon and put them into the cooking basket covered with parchment paper.
  3. Place the cooking basket on the tray in the second position in the oven. Start the Airfry mode A 1 menu at 375°F, cook for 11 minutes, and take out.

DIRECTIONS

  1. Clean the cauliflower head, break it into florets and cut the stem into pieces (for better seasoning and toasting). Put the florets into the cooking basket, brush over with oil, sprinkle with salt, and chopped black pepper evenly.
  2. Place the cooking basket on the tray in the second position in the oven. Start the Airfry mode A 1 menu at 330°F for 10 minutes and take out.
