Safety instructions

Before using the mini chopper

  • Read these instructions carefully and retain for future reference

Safety Warnings

  • The blades are very sharp, handle with care. Hold the knife blade at the plastic top and away from the metal cutting edge, both when handling and cleaning.
  • For safety, the chopper will operate only when the unit and base is properly placed. Do not attempt to defeat this interlocking system.
  • Switch off before fitting or removing parts inside the chopper before and after use.
  • Keep the chopper away from children from 0-14 years and can only be used if they are continuously supervised. The chopper can be used by people with reduced physical, sensory, or mental capabilities or a lack of experience and knowledge if they have been given supervision or instruction concerning the use of this chopper in a safe way and understand the hazards involved.
  • Do not scratch this device with any sharp objects
  • Do not put this device in microwave oven or refrigerator. The jar can be cleaned with 100°C water
  • Do not put any parts of the device into dishwasher.
  • Do not immerse the electric chopper in water or put it in a dishwasher, as the electric chopper is not suitable for this due to the fact that batteries are built in. Clean the chopper with a damp cloth without any chemical liquids. Cleaning and user maintenance shall not be made by children.
  • This chopper is designed for processing small quantities of ingredients for immediate consumption, larger quantities should be processed in small batches
  • Keep hands, fingers and utensils out of the bowl while it is connected to the mains.
  • Remove the knife blade first and lift it at the plastic top part before emptying the bowl.
  • Never use a damaged chopper and contact your dealer how to handle in such situation
  • Don’t let excess cord hang over the edge of a table or worktop or touch hot surfaces.
  • Do not place the chopper on or near a hot gas or electric burner, or in a heated oven.
  • Before removing the unit from the base, be sure the knife blade has stopped turning completely
  • Never leave the appliance unattended while using and avoid contact moving parts and do not use the chopper outdoors.
  • This appliance is not suitable for processing very hard foods e.g. ice-cubes, coffee beans, hard spices, grinding granulated sugar to caster sugar, or processing hot liquids.
  • Avoid using it continuously for periods over 30 seconds. After working for 30 seconds, it is advised to stop the machine for 2 minutes to ensure the machine service life.
  • Do not operate the chopper when empty
  • Misuse of your food chopper can result in injuries
  • To avoid fire hazards, do not operate in the presence of explosive or flammable fumes
  • This device is for personal or household use, not for commercial use.

Instructions

  • Fully charge the chopper before use.
  • Open the silicon cover of charging port on device and plug in the Micro-USB plug of the charging cable. Connect the big USB plug to a USB 5V charger or USB power source (5V/1A). During charging, a red indicator on top of the chopper will be on. After the device is fully charged, the indicator will turn in blue colour.
  • Rinse and clean the chopper body, blades, and cup with water.

Install the blades into the jar, be careful and hold the blades at the top part to install. Thereafter put the food inside the jar.

The blades are very sharp and handle with care. Hold the knife blade at the plastic top of the shaft and keep away from the metal cutting edge, when handling and cleaning.

  • Put the chopper main engine body on top of the jar and make sure it is in the right position by matching the magnets of the food compartment. When it is installed properly, a blue indicator will flash 5 times, and thereafter press the ON/OFF button on top to chop the food.
  • The blade may be stuck if it is overloaded, take food out and repeat the procedure again.
  • The chopper will stop automatically after 30 seconds for safety reasons and protect the motor from overheating. Repeat the process again if the food is not chopped well. After chopping well, take out the chopper body and blades, and the chopped food from the cup. Clean the parts with water.

WARNING

NEVER put or immerse the chopper into water or any other liquid.

Cleaning & Maintenance

  1. Clean the chopper body, blades, and cup after use with water
  2. Rinse the device with water and wipe out with a soft, dry cloth. When cleaning, put some detergent in the water and clean with warm water.
  3. Do not touch the blades with the hands directly to avoid injury.
  4. Do not use abrasive or corrosive cleaning agents for cleaning
  5. Do not put any parts of the device in high temperature sterilizer.
  6. Dry all parts of the device after cleaning and store the chopper in a secure place, out of reach of children.
  7. Charge the device at least 1 time for every 3 months if not using the machine for a long time.
