DESCRIPTION & SPECIFICATION

Lightweight aluminum frame with tough steel mesh. The adjustable guard protects the user and/or passerby from being injured if the workpiece is accidently dislodged under load. Bolts onto either side of the table and features five height increments, allowing the workpiece to be placed onto the table with no obstruction. One-way spring-loaded locking clips then allow the guard to be pulled up quickly and snap straight into position for full protection.

ASSEMBLY/ OPERATION

Choose which side of the floor press to fit the guard, and fix the guard support brackets to the table using the
pre-drilled holes and fixings provided. See Fig.182. Ensure the brackets are fitted with the locks on the outside and the
correct way up as Fig.1.

Take the guard and slide it into the brackets from above; the guard has a stop on either side at the top of the frame, this should be uppermost and facing towards the operator (Fig.3).

Pull the locks back on either side and lower the guard all the way down.
CAUTION! The guard will drop freely until it reaches the stops

To raise the guard to one of the five height increments, pull up the guard and the spring-loaded locking clips will snap into position at the desired height.
