Recipes and tips

Recipes and tips
All the recipes listed make approx.
4 portions.
Caution!
These recipes are not suitable for diabetics. Ice cream for diabetics requires modified recipes.
Tips
The ice cream tastes best when freshly prepared. It can be refined by adding fruits, sauces, whipped cream, grated chocolate, etc.
Alcoholic drinks or other ingredients containing alcohol cannot be used to flavour the ice cream mixture as these will prevent it from setting.
We would recommend chilling the glasses or bowls before serving so that the ice cream doesn’t melt too quickly. If ice cream is prepared ahead and kept in the refrigerator, it should be taken out some time before serving. Processing times may deviate from those specified in the recipes.
