Noise/Vibration Information
Noise emission values were determined according to EN 62841-2-11.
Typically the A-weighted sound pressure level of the product is 74 dB(A). Uncertainty K = 5 dB. The noise level when working can exceed the declared values.
Wear hearing protection!
Vibration total values ah (triax vector sum) and uncertainty K determined according to EN 62841-2-11: Sawing chipboard with saw blade S 644 D: ah,B = 19 m/s2, = 1.5 m/s2
,Sawing wood beams with saw blade S 644 D: ah,WB = 20 m/s2, K = 1.5 m/s2.
That the declared vibration total value(s) and the declared noise emission value(s) have been measured in accordance with a standard test method and may be used for comparing one tool to another. That the declared vibration total value(s) and the declared noise emission value(s) may also be used in a preliminary assessment of exposure. That the vibration and noise emissions during actual use of the power tool can differ from the declared values depending on the ways in which the tool is used especially what kind of workpiece is processed; and the need to identify safety measures to protect the operator that is based on an estimation of the exposure measures in the actual conditions of use (taking account of all parts of the operating cycle such as the times when the tool is switched off and when it is running idle in addition to the trigger time).

Working Advice
Selecting the saw blade
Use only saw blades suitable for the material being worked. An overview of recommended saw blades can be found at the end of these operating instructions. Do not use other
blades than recommended. Use a narrow saw blade when sawing tight curves.
Dust/Chip Extraction
Dust from materials such as lead-containing coatings, some wood types, minerals, and metal can be harmful to one’s health. Touching or breathing in the dust can cause allergic
reactions and/or lead to respiratory infections of the user or bystanders. Certain dust, such as oak or beech dust, is considered carcinogenic, especially in connection with wood-treatment additives (chromate, wood preservative). Materials containing asbestos may only be worked by specialists.
– Provide for good ventilation of the working place.
– It is recommended to wear a P2 filter-class respirator.
Observe the relevant regulations in your country for the materials to be worked.

Maintenance and Service
Maintenance, Cleaning, and Storage
Clean the power tool and the saw blade mount regularly if material accumulates and can hinder movement. Clean the saw blade mount preferably with compressed air or with a soft brush. For this, remove the saw blade from the power tool. Ensure proper operation of the saw blade holder by applying a suitable lubricant. Heavy contamination of the machine can lead to malfunctions. Therefore, do not saw materials that produce a lot of dust from below or overhead. Store the power tool in a secure, dry place, out of the reach of children. Do not place other objects on the power tool.
Battery Maintenance
Use the following procedures to enable optimum usage of the battery:
– Protect the battery against moisture and water.
– Store the machine and battery only within a temperature range between –20 °C and 50 °C . As an example, do not leave the battery in the car in summer.
– It is recommended that the battery is not stored within the product but stored separately.
– Do not leave the battery in the product in direct sunlight.
– The ideal storage condition for the battery is 5 °C.
– Occasionally clean the venting slots of the battery using a soft, clean and dry brush.
A significantly reduced working period after charging indicates that the battery is used and must be replaced.
