Ensure the indicators light up.
The indicator on one side of the earphones flashes quickly, while the indicator on the other side flashes twice slowly, and repeatedly.
- When the charging terminals are dirty or dusty, it may affect the charging performance. Gently wipe the charging terminals regularly with cotton swab.
