The DCS-8600LH Full HD Outdoor Wi-Fi Camera boasts a wide-angle lens that easily captures your entire outdoor area, from door to curb, in high-quality 1080p. The camera is designed to be capable of withstanding the harshest winter temperatures from -25 °C (-4 °F) all the way up to blistering summer heat waves of 45 °C (113 °F). With an IP65 rating, the camera can withstand torrential rain and blizzards, and the surface of the camera does not have any gaps or crevices that could trap dust and ice. It is perfect for keeping an eye on the most exposed outdoor areas of your home like the driveway, the front or back doors, and the garage. This camera is great for homes in heavy tropical, harsh winter, and desert environments.

The DCS-8600LH uses a 135° wide-angle lens and a 1080p HD sensor to give you a clear view of the outside of your home. Round the clock monitoring is enabled by builtin infrared LEDs allowing up to 7 meters of night time viewing. The special magnetic rotatable design makes ceiling and wall installations a breeze while wireless 802.11n keeps cabling to a minimum.

Worried that you’ll lose all your camera footage? Don’t sweat it. The DCS-8600LH lets you record and save video clips to the mydlink Cloud Recording service for anytime access. You can also equip it with a 256 GB microSD card. Play back recordings from the cloud or download footage to your mobile device from anywhere, anytime over the Internet.
