In order to ensure the normal operation of your refrigerator, containing the R600a refrigerant which contributes to the protection of the environment (inflammable under certain conditions only), the following rules should be observed:
- Do not block air circulation around the device.
- Do not use mechanical tools or other devices to speed up the defrosting process other than those recommended by the manufacturer.
- Do not damage the refrigerant circuit.
- Do not use electrical appliances inside the food storage compartments, unless they are of the type recommended by the manufacturer.
This appliance is equipped with an energy class “G” light source.
Only qualified repairers are authorized to replace the light source of this device.

Safety first!
Do not connect your device to the power supply before having removed all packaging and transport protection.

Children should not play with the device. Cleaning and user maintenance shall not be made by children without supervision.
Electrical requirements
Before connecting the device to the wall socket, check that the voltage and frequency indicated on the rating plate inside the device correspond to your power supply. We recommend connecting this device to the mains through a socket equipped with a switch and a fuse and placed in such a way as to be easily accessible.
Warning ! This device must be connected to a ground terminal.
Repairs to electrical equipment are reserved exclusively for a qualified technician. Improper repairs carried out by an unqualified person may cause risks, the consequences of which may be critical for the user of the device.

Transportation Instructions
- Unit should be transported in an upright position only. The packaging provided must remain intact during transport.
- If the device has been laid down during transport, it should not be put into operation for at least 4 hours to allow the system to stabilize. 3. Failure to follow the above instructions could damage the device and the manufacturer cannot be held liable.
- The device must be protected against rain, humidity and other atmospheric conditions.
Important !
- When cleaning/moving the unit, be careful not to touch the metal condenser cables on the back of the unit, as this may cause injury to fingers and hands.
- Do not attempt to sit or stand on the device, it is not intended for this purpose. You could injure yourself or damage the unit.
- Make sure that the power cable is not trapped under the device during and after moving it as this could damage the cable.
- Make sure that children do not play with the appliance and do not touch the controls.
Installation instructions
- Do not install your appliance in a room where the temperature may drop below -15°C (5 degrees F) at night and/or particularly in winter.
- Do not place the device near stoves, radiators or in direct sunlight, as this will cause extra strain on the device’s functions. If installed next to a heat source or freezer, observe the following minimum side clearances:

25 mm Freezers - Make sure you leave enough space around the device for air to circulate freely(figure 2).

The two front feet can be adjusted if necessary. To ensure that your machine is level, adjust the two front feet by turning clockwise or counterclockwise until the machine is level. Proper foot adjustment prevents excessive vibration and noise(figure 4). - Refer to the “Cleaning and Maintenance” section to prepare your appliance for use.

The timer is a device used for automatic defrosting.
After a while, it activates the heaters which cause your refrigerator to defrost.
Suggested arrangement of foodstuffs in the appliance
Indications for optimal conservation and hygiene:
- The refrigerator compartment is intended for short-term storage of fresh food and beverages.
- The freezer compartment is rated as and
- Dairy products should be kept in the special compartment provided in the door locker.
- Cooked foods should be stored in airtight containers.
- Packaged fresh produce can be placed on the shelf. Fresh fruits and vegetables should be washed and stored in the vegetable drawers.
- Bottles can be placed in the door.
- To store raw meat, wrap it in plastic bags and place it on the lowest shelf. Make sure it does not touch the cooked food to avoid contamination. For your safety, do not store raw meat for more than two to three days.
- For optimum efficiency, do not cover the removable shelves with paper or other materials so that air can circulate freely.
- Do not store vegetable oil in door shelves. Keep food wrapped, wrapped or covered. Allow hot foods and drinks to cool before placing them in the refrigerator. The rest of the contents of the cans should not be kept in the can.
- Do not freeze carbonated drinks or consume products such as popsicles when they are too cold.
- Some fruits and vegetables spoil if kept at a temperature around 0°C. Pack pineapples, melons, cucumbers, tomatoes and similar products in polythene bags. 12. High potency alcohol should be stored upright in tightly closed containers. Never store products containing flammable propellant gas (cream spray, aerosol cans, etc.) or explosive substances. They present an explosion hazard.
Temperature control and adjustment
Operating temperatures are adjusted using the setting knob(figure 5)located on the ceiling of the refrigerator compartment. Settings range from MIN to MAX, with MAX being the coldest setting.
When the appliance is turned on for the first time, the adjustment knob should be adjusted so that within 24 hours the average refrigerator temperature does not exceed +5 degrees Celsius (+41 degrees Fahrenheit).
We advise you to set the knob to position 2, between the MIN and MAX setting, and check that the desired temperature is reached, in other words when you approach MAX, you will obtain a colder temperature and vice versa. Some parts of the refrigerator may be cooler or warmer (such as the crisper drawer and the top of the compartment), which is completely normal. The normal storage temperature of your device should be -18°C. You can achieve lower temperatures by adjusting the setting knob towards the MAX position. We advise you to check the temperature with an accurate thermometer to ensure that the holding compartments are maintained at the desired temperature. Remember to read the temperature on the thermometer immediately as it will rise very quickly after taking it out of the freezer. Please remember that cold air escapes and the internal temperature rises each time the door is opened. Never leave the door open and be sure to close it immediately after putting in or taking out food.
Before use
Final verification
Before you begin to use the appliance, check that:
- The feet have been adjusted and are perfectly level.
- Interior is dry and air can circulate freely behind the unit.
- The interior is clean as indicated in the “Cleaning and Care” section.
- The appliance plug has been plugged into the wall outlet and power is on. When the door is opened, the interior light will come on.
And note that: - You will notice a noise as the compressor turns on.
Liquid and gases built into the refrigerator system can also make noise whether the compressor is running or not. This is completely normal. - A slight waviness of the top of the body is normal due to the manufacturing process used and does not constitute a defect.
- We recommend setting the knob to the middle position and monitoring the temperature to ensure the unit maintains the desired storage temperatures (see Temperature Control and Adjustment section).
- Do not fill the device immediately after plugging it in. Wait until the correct storage temperature is reached. We advise you to check the temperature with an accurate thermometer (see Temperature Control and Adjustment).
Storage of frozen foods
Your freezer is intended for the long-term storage of commercially frozen foods and can also be used to freeze and store fresh products.
In the event of a power failure, do not open the door. Frozen foods should not spoil if the cut lasts less than 13 hours. If the cut is longer, inspect the food and eat it immediately or cook it and then freeze it again.
Freezing fresh produce
Please adhere to the following instructions for best results. Don’t freeze too much at a time. The quality of food is best preserved when it is completely frozen as quickly as possible. Do not exceed the freezing power of your device for 24 hours. Placing hot food in the freezer will cause the refrigeration device to operate continuously until the food is cold.

Small amounts of food not exceeding 0.5 kg (1 lb) can be frozen without having to adjust the temperature control. Be particularly careful not to mix already frozen products and fresh products.
Ice making
Fill the ice cube trays up to ¾ full with water and place them in the freezer. Open the ice cube trays using the handle of a spoon or similar tool, never use sharp objects such as knives or forks.
Defrost
- A) Refrigerator compartment The refrigerator compartment defrosts automatically. Defrost water drains through the drain tube and flows into the drain pan at the rear of the unit(figure 6). During defrosting, water droplets may form at the back of the refrigerator compartment, where an evaporator is concealed. Droplets may remain on the tank and freeze after defrosting is complete. Do not use pointed or sharp objects such as knives or forks to remove re-frozen droplets. If at any time the defrost water is not draining through the collection gutter, check that no food particles are blocking the drain tube. The drain tube can be unblocked using a pipe cleaner or other similar tool. Check that the tube is placed permanently in such a way that its end is in the drip tray located on the compressor in order to prevent water from coming into contact with the electrical installation or the ground(figure 7).
- B) Freezer compartment
defrosting typeVENTILATED COLDis fully automatic. No action on your part is required. The water is collected in the compressor tank. From the heat of the compressor, the water evaporates.
Never use hair dryers, electric heaters or similar electrical appliances to defrost.
Warnings!
The freezer compartment fan circulates cold air.
Never insert objects behind the protection. Make sure that children do not play with the freezer fan.
Never store products containing flammable propellant gas (cream spray, aerosol cans, etc.) or explosive substances. Do not cover the shelves with protective materials that could obstruct air circulation. Make sure that children do not play with the appliance and do not touch the controls. Do not obstruct the freezer fan guard to ensure the best performance of your device(figure 8).
Warning !
Your appliance is equipped with a circulation fan which is essential for the operation of the freezer.
Please ensure that the fan is not blocked (stopped) or obstructed by food or packaging. Any blockage (stopping) or obstruction of the fan can cause the internal temperature of the freezer to rise (defrost).
Interior bulb replacement
Defrost To replace the LED lamp of the refrigerator, please contact the authorized after-sales service. The lamp(s) used in this appliance are not suitable for kitchen lighting. The intended purpose of this light is to help the user place food in the fridge/freezer in a safe and comfortable manner. Indicators used in this device must withstand extreme physical conditions such as temperatures below -20°C.
Cleaning and maintenance
- Before cleaning, please unplug the refrigerator and pull out the power plug.
- Never use sharp utensils or abrasive substances, soap, household cleaners, detergents or shoe polish to clean it.
- Use lukewarm water to clean the body and dry thoroughly with a cloth.
- Use a damp cloth soaked in a solution of one teaspoon of baking soda to half a liter of water to clean the interior and dry thoroughly.
- Take care not to run water into the temperature control box.
- If the appliance will not be used for an extended period of time, unplug it, remove all food, clean it and leave the door ajar. 7. It is recommended that the metal parts of your unit (door exterior, body sidewalls) be polished with a silicone wax (car wax) to protect the premium painted surface.
- Dust the condenser located at the rear of the appliance once a year using a vacuum cleaner.
- Inspect door seals regularly to ensure they are clean and free of food particles.
- Never:
- Clean the device with an unsuitable product, for example petroleum-based.
- Expose it to high temperatures in any way.
- Scrubbing, scrubbing etc. with an abrasive material.
- Remove Dairy Lid and Door Bins:
- To remove the dairy lid, lift the lid about 3 centimeters and pull it on the side where there is an opening on the lid.
- To remove a door bin, take out all its contents then simply push the door bin upwards from the base.
- Make sure that the special plastic container at the back of the unit which collects the defrost water is kept clean at all times. If you wish to remove the bin for cleaning, follow the instructions below:
- Disconnect the power plug and unplug the power plug.
- Gently loosen the stud located on the compressor using pliers in order to be able to remove the tray.
- Lift it.
- Clean and dry it thoroughly.
- Re-assemble, proceeding in the reverse order of operations.
- To remove a drawer, slide it forward as far as possible, tilt it up and then pull it out completely.

Proceed in numerical order(figure 9).
Do’s / Don’ts
To do- Do-Clean and defrost your appliance regularly (see “Defrosting”). Keep raw meat and poultry below cooked foods and dairy products. Remove the unusable leaves from the vegetables and remove the soil.
To do- Leave lettuce, cabbage, parsley and cauliflower on their stalks.
To do- Wrap the cheese first in parchment paper and then in a plastic bag, removing as much air as possible. For the best possible results, take it out of the refrigerator compartment one hour before tasting.
To do- Wrap raw meat and poultry in a plastic or aluminum bag. This prevents them from drying out.
To do- Pack fish and offal in plastic bags.
To do- Wrap food with a strong smell or risk of drying out in polythene bags, aluminum foil or an airtight container.
To do- Wrap the bread carefully to keep it fresh.
To do- Refrigerate white wines, beer, lager and mineral water before serving.
To do- Inspect the contents of the freezer at regular intervals.
To do- Store foodstuffs for as short a time as possible and respect the “use by dates” and “use by dates”.
To do- Store commercial frozen foods according to the instructions on the packaging.
To do-Always select fresh produce from good quality and make sure to clean them thoroughly before freezing them.
To do- Prepare small portions of fresh produce to be frozen to allow rapid freezing.
To do- Wrap all food in aluminum foil or good quality polythene freezer bags and make sure to empty it of air.
To do- Pack frozen products immediately after purchasing them and put them in the freezer as soon as possible. Thaw food in the refrigerator compartment.
Not to do- Store bananas in the refrigerator compartment.
Not to do- Store the melon in the refrigerator. It can be refrigerated for short periods of time as long as it is wrapped to avoid flavoring other foodstuffs.
Not to do- Cover the shelves with materials from protection that could obstruct air circulation.
Not to do- Store toxic substances or dangerous in the device. The latter was designed for the preservation of foodstuffs only.
Not to do- Consume foods that have been refrigerated for an excessive period of time.
Not to do- Store cooked foods and fresh produce together in the same container. They should be packaged and stored separately.
Not to do- Leave food or juices defrosting food dripping onto food in your refrigerator.
Not to do- Leave the door open for a prolonged duration as this will increase the operating cost of the unit and cause excessive ice buildup.
Not to do- Use sharp objects such as knives or forks to remove ice.
Not to do- Put hot food in the device. Let it cool beforehand.
Not to do- Put bottles filled with liquid or tightly sealed cans containing carbonated liquids in the freezer as they may burst.
Not to do- Exceed Freezing Power maximum when freezing fresh products.
Not to do- Consuming ice cream or popsicles right out of the freezer. The low temperature can cause lip burns.
Not to do- Freeze soft drinks. Not to do-Store a frozen product that has been unfrozen; it must be consumed within 24 hours or well cooked and then refrozen.
Not to do- Take products out of the freezer with wet hands.
Operating noise information
In order to maintain the selected temperature, your appliance turns on the compressor from time to time. The corresponding noises are quite normal. As soon as the device reaches operating temperature, noises are automatically reduced. The roar is emitted by the motor (compressor). When the engine starts, the sound volume may increase briefly.
A sudden click may sometimes be heard as the timer position changes. Bubbling, gurgling, or purring noises are made by the refrigerant as it travels through the pipes. A popping sound is always heard when the adjustment lever
STARTS / STOPS the engine. A popping noise can be emitted when:
- the automatic defrosting system is activated.
- the device cools down or heats up (material expansion).
If these noises are excessively loud, their causes are probably not serious and can be eliminated very easily. - The device is not level. Use the adjustable feet or insert a wedge under the foot.
- The device is not independent. Please remove the appliance from kitchen cabinets or other appliances.
- The drawers, door shelves or shelves are loose or jammed. Please check the removable components and reinstall them if necessary.
- The bottles and/or containers touch each other. Please separate bottles and/or containers from each other.
Diagnostic
If the device does not work when plugged in, check:
- That the device’s plug is properly connected to the wall outlet and that power is on (to check the power at the wall outlet, plug in another device).
- If the fuse has blown/the circuit breaker has tripped/the mains power switch is off.
- That the temperature control is set correctly.
- That the new plug is fitted correctly if you have changed the integrated molded plug.
If the device still does not work after performing all the above checks, contact the supplier who sold you the product.
Please make sure you have carried out all the above checks as you will be charged if no fault is found.
