It is essential to read these operating instructions before installing and using the appliance. This will prevent both personal injury and damage to the machine.

Do not lower or remove the basket inserts.

Remove the bottle holder from the lower basket (if available).

The door automatically opens during the drying phase. Do not close the door until the drying test is finished.

Detergent

The following dosages are based on Miele detergents.

Please follow the manufacturer’s instructions.

Detergent compartment 1)

Short

For fresh, non-sticky food residues. 20-­25 g
or 1 tab

Medium

For moderately dried food residues. 20­-25 g
or 1 tab

Intensive

For burnt-on, stubborn, dried-on food deposits containing starch or protein 1). 20­-25 g
or 1 tab

Glasses

Special glassware programme. 20-­25 g
or 1 tab

ECO *)

Energy-saving programme for normally soiled food residues. 20­-25 g
or 1 tab

Plastics

Special plastics programme. 20­-25 g
or 1 tab

Hygiene

Special hygiene programme for hygienically demanding crockery. 20­-25 g
or 1 tab

Cold pre-wash

For rinsing heavily soiled items, e.g. for initial removal of soil or to prevent residues drying on to dishes when a complete programme does not yet need to be run.

*) This programme is the most efficient in terms of its combined energy and water consumption for cleaning crockery with a normal level of soiling.
