SAFETY

  • WARNING! Ensure Health & Safety, local authority, and general workshop practice regulations are adhered to when using this creeper. Locate creeper in a suitable working area.
  • WARNING! Use seat/kick step on level and solid ground, preferably concrete.
  • Keep the seat/kick step clean and tidy in accordance with good workshop practice.
  • DO NOT use the seat/kick step for any purpose other than that for which it is designed.
  • DO NOT stand on the seat.
  • DO NOT get the seat/kick step wet or use in damp or wet locations or areas where there is condensation.
  • DO NOT clean the seat/kick step with any solvents which may damage the paint surface or padded areas.

INTRODUCTION

A versatile combination creates a range of access from low down by sitting on the utility seat to high above by standing on the step stool. Convenient tray keeps tools close to hand and the work area tidy. Five Ø60mm oil resistant swivel castors for easy manoeuvrability and thick vinyl padded seat for added comfort.

ASSEMBLY

  1. Place tray onto wheel frame and fix five castors through tray and frame using hex screws. Fit adjustable foot, see fig.
  2. Screw kick step plate to side frames using four short cross head screws, see fig.1.
  3. Fix wheel frame assembly onto side frame assembly. Bolt together using four long bolts, washers and nuts, see fig.2.
  4. Fit Seat
    1. Screw long brackets to underside of seat, note down turned ends, see fig.3.
    2. Screw on seat to frame spacer brackets, see fig.3.
    3. Fix seat to frame assembly with two cross head screws, washers and 10mm nuts through frame assembly, see fig.4.

Environmental Protection

Recycle unwanted materials instead of disposing of them as waste. All tools, accessories and packaging should be sorted, taken to a recycling centre and disposed of in a manner which is compatible with the environment.
When the product becomes completely unserviceable and requires disposal, drain off any fluids (if applicable) into approved containers and dispose of the product and the fluids according to local regulations.
