SAFETY

  • Familiarise yourself with product application and limitations, as well as the specifi c potential hazards peculiar to this product.
  • Maintain creeper in good condition. Use an authorised service agent.
  • Replace or repair damaged parts. Use only genuine parts only. Nonauthorized parts will invalidate the warranty.
  • WARNING! Use the creeper on the level and solid ground, preferably concrete.
  • DO NOT use the creeper for any purpose other than that for which is designed.
  • DO NOT stand on the creeper.
  • DO NOT get the creeper wet or used it in damp or wet locations or areas where there is condensation.
  • DO NOT clean the creeper with any solvents which may damage the paint surface or padded areas.

ASSEMBLY

4.1. ATTACH THE HEADREST SUPPORT BARS
4.1.1. Position the headrest support bars (fi g 1-1) within the creeper frame (fi g 1-3) and secure in place with four fi xing screws (fi g 1-2).
4.2. ATTACH THE HEADREST
4.2.1. Screw the headrest (fi g 2-1) onto the headrest support bars (fi g 1-1) using four cross head screws from underneath.
4.3. ATTACH THE CASTOR WHEELS
4.3.1. Fix the six castor wheels (fi g 2-2) to the creeper frame (fi g 1-3) using hex tube nuts (fi g 2-3).

MAINTENANCE

5.1. Before each use inspect the overall condition of the creeper for broken, cracked or bent parts that may effect the proper operation.

OPERATION

  • WARNING! If you raise the vehicle to work under it, set the vehicle on jack stands.
  • DO NOT work under a vehicle raised on a jack(s).
  • If the vehicle is on the ground, block the tires, apply the handbrake, and put it into gear or Park mode.
    6.1. As you slide under the vehicle and prior to sliding out on the creeper, keep your head fl at the headrest (fi g 2-2).

ENVIRONMENT PROTECTION
Recycle unwanted materials instead of disposing of them as waste. All tools, accessories, and packaging should be sorted, taken to a recycling center, and disposed of in a manner that is compatible with the environment. When the product becomes completely unserviceable and requires disposal, drain any fluids (if applicable) into approved containers and dispose of the product and fluids according to local regulations.
